THC Underquilts are all constructed using a dual-differential cut, meaning the outside layer of fabric is longer and wider than the inside layer. In a box-baffle design this means that all of the chambers are fully lofted and not “smashed” at the edges which would result in a loss of performance. Our quilts also incorporate a significant number of darts and pleats which shape the quilt, helping it conform to the shape of the hammock and you, eliminating spaces between the hammock and the quilt where cold air can collect.

All quilts are custom-made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your quilt to be built and shipped.

In the 0* quilt pictured, I slept comfortably this past winter with the temperature dropping to -17* below zero through the night.

Caring for down

Down bags and garments should be cleaned when they start to accumulate too many oils from your body, hair or any lotions or cosmetics you may use. If your product has started to lose loft or the fabric is starting to look discolored, it?s time to wash it.
